At approximately 11.30pm on Thursday 5th January 2012, this wonderful man asked me to marry him. It was very sudden, a complete shock and was in the middle of us de-Crimbo-ing the house.
In the background of our romantic scenario, Harvey the Hooligan took advantage of our being distracted - by very helpfully attempting to eat the Christmas tree. It really could only happen in our house!
Sigh.
