The end of an era. Not everyone's cup of tea I know but he was a huge part of my childhood. My schoolmates and I used to quote The Young Ones at every given opportunity. Such a shame.

I'm really gutted. I loved him. I've just written a post about him too, but went off on a bit of a nostalgia tangent about other dead people too! I really can't believe it. When I first heard the news I genuinely believed it was someone's idea of a joke, or there must have been a mistake. When I saw it on the BBC site, I realised it was true :(
